Подскажите, пожалуйста, с покупкой через eBay Motors.

Нашел на craiglist интересную позицию, мне прислали всю иформацию и фотки на машину, но машину продают через ebay motors. Как я понимаю, человек уже переехал в Небраску, а машину оставил агенту. В качестве покупателя я указываю себя, в качестве места доставки, указываю адрес механика, где за 100 баксов мне делают диагностику машины. Прделагается такая схема, копирую из письма. Выглядит как-то стремно, я плачу за что-то, а потом могут ничего не прислать или будут сложности с возвращением. Если кто-то пользовался, мне было бы очень полезно напрямую поговорить по тлф.

мне кажется все легитимно. Ебай выступает как эскро. Ебай не хочет связываться ни с кредиткой, ни с чеками, ни с мани ордерами, так как они в таком случае платят за передачу денег. Понятно, что тебе на надо говорить код покупателю, чтобы он не имел доступа к деньгам. Проясни железно ситуацию если механик тебе скажет не брать машину - что тогда? Пробей вин номер по карфаксу. Что может сказать механик, чего не знаешь ты, кстати? Распечатай чек лист с инета, что посмотреть и вперед. ИМХО 100 рублей на ветер. Крупные аварии покажет карфакс. Как цена - в районе рыночной?

спасибо! человек, продающий машину, находится очень далеко и машину доставляет и забирает какая-то компания. цена ниже рыночной, 3000. не может получиться такой ситуации, что они заберут машину, а потом скажут, что я там что-то сломал? механик нужен, так как, даже если из машины вынут половину деталей, вряд ли я это замечу. не совсем понятно, что значит, что машина застрахована (insurance offered).

я переправил письмо на e-bay, они сказали, что It's a fraudulent email from someone who's trying to sell you an item outside of eBay.

ну и славненько. хотя я когда тебе написал, то подумал почему вестерн юнион, а не пайпал
